Sarah Ariss Cognitive Hypnotherapy seeks to enable clients in their desire to lead the best lives possible.

Using a range of modern, flexible approaches taken from CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Gestalt and Traditional Hypnotherapy, each client receives a bespoke service, tailored to their individual issue.
